沼氣提純(Biogas upgrading)是指去除沼氣中的二氧化碳、水分及其他雜質(zhì),將其轉(zhuǎn)化為甲烷含量高、熱值達(dá)到天然氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高品質(zhì)生物天然氣的過程。經(jīng)過提純的沼氣可廣泛應(yīng)用于車用燃?xì)狻⒚裼霉芫W(wǎng)或工業(yè)燃料,是實(shí)現(xiàn)有機(jī)廢棄物高值化利用的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
Biogas upgrading refers to the process of removing carbon dioxide, water, and other impurities from biogas, converting it into high-quality biogas with high methane content and calorific value that meets natural gas standards. Purified biogas can be widely used in automotive gas, civilian pipelines, or industrial fuels, and is a key link in achieving high-value utilization of organic waste.

目前,主流的沼氣提純技術(shù)包括變壓吸附法、加壓水洗法和膜分離法。變壓吸附法利用分子篩等吸附劑對二氧化碳的選擇性吸附特性,在加壓條件下吸附二氧化碳,減壓后釋放再生,該工藝甲烷回收率可達(dá)95%以上,且操作維護(hù)簡單。加壓水洗法則是利用水在加壓條件下對二氧化碳溶解度遠(yuǎn)高于甲烷的物理特性,通過氣液逆流接觸實(shí)現(xiàn)脫碳,其運(yùn)行費(fèi)用較低且無需添加化學(xué)藥劑。膜分離技術(shù)則依靠不同氣體在壓力驅(qū)動下透過高分子纖維膜的速率差異,讓滲透速度快的二氧化碳透過膜壁,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)甲烷的富集。
At present, mainstream biogas purification technologies include pressure swing adsorption, pressurized water washing, and membrane separation. The pressure swing adsorption method utilizes the selective adsorption characteristics of molecular sieves and other adsorbents for carbon dioxide. Under pressurized conditions, carbon dioxide is adsorbed, and after depressurization, it is released for regeneration. The methane recovery rate of this process can reach over 95%, and the operation and maintenance are simple. The pressurized water washing method utilizes the physical property that water has a much higher solubility for carbon dioxide than methane under pressurized conditions, and achieves decarbonization through gas-liquid countercurrent contact. Its operating cost is low and no chemical agents need to be added. Membrane separation technology relies on the difference in the rate at which different gases pass through polymer fiber membranes under pressure, allowing carbon dioxide with a faster permeation rate to pass through the membrane wall, thereby achieving methane enrichment.
無論采用哪種提純技術(shù),其核心目標(biāo)都是將甲烷濃度提升至97%左右。在工藝設(shè)計上,沼氣在進(jìn)入提純系統(tǒng)前,經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的脫水與脫硫凈化處理,以防止后續(xù)設(shè)備腐蝕或膜組件堵塞。提純后的氣體還需經(jīng)過緩沖存貯單元進(jìn)行穩(wěn)壓處理,以確保非常終輸出氣源的穩(wěn)定與安全。
Regardless of the purification technology used, the core goal is to increase methane concentration to around 97%. In terms of process design, biogas must undergo strict dehydration and desulfurization purification treatment before entering the purification system to prevent subsequent equipment corrosion or membrane component blockage. The purified gas also needs to be stabilized by a buffer storage unit to ensure the stability and safety of the final output gas source.
